The First "Recycled" Handbag!

Well, here it is!  The first creation out of the lovely fabric my husband gave me!  I think it turned out really neat!  It is very sturdy feeling and it hold's it's shape really well.  I am really excited about all of the possibilities for creating with all of the new upholstery fabric!

Look at this AMAZING Fabric!

Look at what my husband gave me...A huge boxful of upholstery fabric samples that he can't use anymore!  This is like Christmas for a fabric lover like me!  I love love love fabric and these pieces are big enough to make cool things!  I am so excited!  I can't wait to get started creating!

The Dave Ramsey Wallet!

Here is the latest Bagley Bags Creation...It is a cash envelope system wallet.  Many of the people at our church have gone through the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace class.  To follow his principals, people use a system of envelopes to help keep their budget in line.  I have not attended the class, so I don't know all the specifics.  However, I do know that the paper envelopes given out in the class get tattered quite quickly.  So, here is an option for those of you with tattered paper envelopes!

This is the outside of the wallet.  It is closed with velcro.

Here is a side view.  The wallet has a total of 6 zippered pockets.

The inside front cover has places for your drivers license and any other cards you need to carry.

Each of the six pockets has a clear plastic sleeve that you can slide a title into to keep your envelopes organized.

Inside the back cover, there is a spot to slide in a checkbook or notepad.
